CLICK HERE to view the sheet we use while handing out the donations. The "Donation Number" and "Name of the Donor" is preprinted on the form. When speaking with the recipient we fill out the top with their Name, Barrio, and Address. The bottom which has the Donors information is torn off and given to the recipient. The reason we have a very large "Donation Number" in the center of the form is so it will be recorded when the recipients picture is taken. It helps us keep recipients assigned to the correct picture.

CLICK HERE to view our Accounting Spread Sheet This is the accounting of all donations made in either dollars or pesos. If the donation originated in the states the money transfer fees, fees for PayPal, etc. will be shown. Also, the favorable Money Exchange Rate will be applied to all stateside donations as they are transferred to our Scotia Bank account in Navojoa, Mexico.
